Two calls came in from this number, each claiming they could cut my car insurance costs. When I asked for the source of my details they replied simply 'from the database'. I told the last operator to delete my number as I wasn't interested, she then hung up, so I blocked the line.
Those scammers kept calling back after I hung up, so I blocked them – definitely do not answer.
When I asked the caller to repeat herself three times, she started talking about my 'compensation' – clearly a scam. Why do these calls always open with 'How are you?'
