I have no clue who called or why; I have no contacts in Chichester and avoid answering unknown numbers, so I’ll block this one.
The person pretended to be from United Utilities, offering to renew a drainage cover supposedly taken out in September 2022 that had lapsed; when I queried the previous payment of £170 and asked to hold while I checked my bank, she immediately ended the call.
