Dodgy Debt Calls – Scam Alert!
Summary — +441243832087
Expert Opinion
Like a dodgy doorstep salesman who won't take no for an answer, these calls from unknown sources can leave you feeling cornered. Reports paint a picture of persistent nuisances, often with heavy accents peddling debt advice or insurance services, though some smell like outright scams or harassment. A few mentions Zurich Insurance, but the bulk scream unsolicited sales or worse—silent hangs-ups that bait callbacks to pricey lines. Block the number pronto, report to Ofcom or Action Fraud if it feels off, and never share personal details. Register with the Telephone Preference Service to cut down on such intrusions; it's your first line of defence against these pests.

Received a call but struggled to follow his apparent Indian accent. Asked him to repeat—mentioned something about an advisory group—then he hung up when I pressed for clarification
Seems like a debt counselling firm. I told the initial caller (with a strong accent) that the woman they wanted had a phone number off by one digit (I've gotten her debt-related calls in the past). Skipped two more attempts, then picked up the fourth where a heavily accented bloke called me a ‘lying b******’. Ended it and blocked!

User's note: Be wary.
Three seconds of silence before disconnecting (likely hoping I'd ring back to their costly £5/min premium line)
Supposedly from an insurance firm, yet I hold no such policy 😕
Ignored the call. Others mention insurance, which I've never bothered with, so.
