Called five times and disconnected just before we could answer.
Beware of fake Home Care Services offers!

Expert Opinion
The calls from +441245820867 are classic TV‑insurance scams. They’ll claim you’ve got a free or half‑price policy, quote the last four digits of an old card and pressure you to hand over a new debit‑card number. If you didn’t sign up, hang up straight away and don’t give any personal details. Block the number, report it to your phone provider and consider filing a complaint with Action Fraud. Stay sceptical of any unsolicited offers that sound too good to be true – especially when they involve your bank details.

No idea who that caller was.
Called via landline; minder reported name as Roy Mason, whom I don't recognise, so I rejected it. Likely unsolicited sales or scam.
Fraud alert for this line. Posing as a TV insurance firm with a 5-year deal where first 2 years are gratis then charges kick in for the last 3.
Rip-off call
Called the home phone and disconnected immediately upon my pickup—haven't shared this number lately and know no one in Chelmsford, so clearly another con.
Received a morning call from Joe Fox at Home Care Services, insisting I'd signed up for TV insurance. I denied it flatly, saying I'd never agree even if the initial two years were gratis. He pushed hard, warning that without confirming, over six hundred quid would be debited from my account right away. I hung up after repeatedly explaining I'm retired and can't afford it. He even recited the last four digits of an unfamiliar card, though I kept that to myself.
Shady
Got a second call pushing two years of coverage for every TV in my home at half price, £180. I turned it down, yet they threatened full payment today. They had zero info on our TVs and turned hostile by the call's end.
This is the TV repair con. Previously it was about Sky coverage, despite us never having it. When I pressed her, she ended the call. Be careful!!!
Received a ring from Alex at Homecare Services; he knew my name, address, and the final four digits of an outdated debit card. Offered 50% off the last payment since no insurance claim was filed for the TV and cables. But I've never had that policy—my telly was a second-hand gift. He asked for my current debit details to process payment, so I requested a mailed policy copy, which he said couldn't happen until after taking the funds. Clearly a con, as no such policy exists for me.
