Yet another con call – a woman introduced herself as 'Louise', the same name the previous insulation fraudster used. She claimed my records showed I lacked loft insulation and tried to ramble on, but I told her my housing association handles such matters as I'm a tenant. She replied, 'thank you, have a good day' and I promptly hung up – fastest way I've ever dismissed a scammer!
