This number is run by scammers. I was tricked six weeks ago and gave them my bank card details, including the CVV. They tried to buy a washing machine from Curry’s, but thankfully, my bank’s security team stopped the transaction. Since then, I’ve had multiple calls from them, sometimes up to eight times a day.
I missed this call while renewing my car insurance online. After reading the comments, I’m concerned they might have known what I was doing. I’ve blocked the number.
This was definitely a scam; the caller claimed to be from my bank. Since my bank doesn't conduct business over the phone, I knew it was a scam and hung up.

He claimed to be from my Insurance company (he knew which one). He offered a 30% increase in cover for the same payment through direct debit. I requested he send it in writing through the post, as I don’t conduct business over the phone. His response was no, only via phone. I reiterated that I don’t conduct business this way and questioned if he was truly from L&G, but he kept shouting over me. I hung up.
Claiming to represent my life insurance provider, they insisted that I could only renew via phone. Became wary when the caller failed to mention my current premium, something a legitimate company would know. I refused to provide any details and requested they send me an email to the address I registered with the insurance company. Guess what? No email arrived. They tried to act friendly and chatty, but I suspect a scam!

I have been recieving over 24 calls from this number between 16-29th March, I asked them politely to stop calling, but now ive reported them
Fed up with the constant harassment from this number, which appears to be a Black Arse N----r scammer pushing an insurance scam. Despite numerous requests to cease contact, they persist in calling, cluttering our telephone system with unwanted calls. Notably, my neighbour who uses SKY doesn't receive these scam calls.

LAST WEEK, I KEPT ONE ON THE LINE FOR OVER 40 MINUTES. HE TURNED FROM POLITE TO ANGRY WHEN I SAID I DON’T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT AND PAY BILLS IN CASH AT THE POST OFFICE. HE THREATENED TO CALL ME DAILY, BUT I TOLD HIM TO F--- OFF AND BLOCKED THE NUMBER. YET, THEY ALWAYS COME BACK.
