My team and I have been investigating this group, but we haven’t found any credible company details or legitimate operating practices. While they appear to be a registered company, they don’t seem to follow FCA regulations. If they call and mention a company you’ve dealt with, contact that company directly to resolve the issue. We don’t want to unfairly accuse them, but their practices raise concerns, and we’ve reported them to the FCA. For safety, only interact with companies you trust, don’t share information, and don’t agree to anything over the phone. If they’re legitimate, they won’t mind you contacting the company they claim to represent.
