Given my use of ionos and the likelihood of a data leak, it seems probable that this is a scam.

When I inquired if these details were available online, he confirmed but suggested we'd miss out on a special offer by going through the website. Requesting his number for a callback was met with refusal, as he claimed it was an outgoing-only line. Clearly a scam.
