Thank you to everyone who helped identify this mysterious caller. I've been an RAC member for years, but my new car already includes RAC coverage. I've found RAC to be far superior to the AA. I'll be complaining to RAC about this call, as it's probably from a third-party company. Thanks to Google for providing this helpful service
It appears to be the RAC, given the timing of my membership renewal; they've retained my number and will likely continue to call, which is shameful behavior
