My advice is to let the call go unanswered and absolutely avoid any link in the SMS. Reach out to WhatsApp support if you're unsure about your account, and if you don't use WhatsApp at all, simply block the number.

Totaly a scam! I didnt anser the call, becuse i receivd 2 msgs from 'Whatsapp' asking me to veriffy my acc - wich i dont even hav. I strongly recomend not to anser, and def not folow the link in the text msg! Contact the whatsapp suport if you're uncertin or feeling unsecur regardin your acc insted. This is a scam, I didnt answer the call, because I had just got two sms from whatsapp asking me to verify my account, which I dont even have, I recomend not to answer and dont follow the link, contact whatsapp support if your unsure, and if you dont have an account, just block them, simples
C'est une arnaque, je n'ai pas répondu à l'appel car j'avais recu des SMS de 'Whatsapp' quelques minutes plus tôt, ce qui m'a mis la puce à l'oreille, il vaut mieux contacter le support Whatsapp si vous avez des doutes, et si vous n'avez pas de compte, bloquez les simplement, mais il y a un problème avec leur système de sécurité
