An irritating call about loft insulation lasted five minutes before I hung up, as they couldn’t confirm my address despite having worked at my neighbour’s house, which is my favourite street.
Received a call pretending to offer loft installation, which turned out to be a scam.
While the radio was blasting, I let the line stay open and heard a human say hello; no reply came from my side, so they cut the call. Looks like a scam – hope they enjoyed the music. Another call came in while I typed this, this time on my mobile.
