He asked for my full name, which has an uncommon spelling, and I didn’t provide it; however, he claimed he had confirmed what he needed. Then, he mentioned, 'you don’t appear to have a password with us, could you tell me your make and model?' I apologised for not knowing and requested to reschedule for another time. He responded with no problem, thanks, goodbye, leaving me uncertain about its authenticity!
