I received a call today from a lady named nicole. She had previously contacted me to remove our number from her records, as she wanted to inform my mother about an accident from last year. Unfortunately, my mother tragically passed away in. The caller was rude and unprofessional. I am 8 months pregnant and did not need that phone call. I was just glad it was me that answered it and not my poor dad.
