Expert Opinion
Beware of calls from +441513293786 that claim to be DRS asking for security details about a Klarna account. Many victims report repeated requests for address, date of birth and email, followed by threats or hurried hang‑ups. The pattern matches a classic scam where fraudsters pose as debt collectors to harvest personal details. If you receive such a call, refuse to share any information, hang up, and contact Klarna directly using official channels. Block the number and report it to your phone provider or the Action Fraud service. Keeping a log of call times can help authorities track the nuisance.

Persistent calls regarding a Klarna order from October that never arrived. Although Klarna promised to handle the matter after legal intervention, debt collectors continue to harass me despite my clear statement that no payment is due.

Following receipt of 8 suspicious texts from this particulr scam, i'm getting concernd.
I keep receiving calls and texts from people claiming I owe money, saying they've emailed me – which they haven't because they lack my address. One ring claimed to be DRS, asked for the first line of my address for security; I refused. They wouldn't disclose details until I answered security questions, so I told them to stop contacting me. Yet the texts persist, and blocking each number seems ineffective.
