For a year, I received bi-monthly calls from EYG following a conservatory purchase in 2016. After reaching out to the call centre manager, Hilary Duberley, via email, the calls finally stopped.
Having a new number, few know it, yet we've had two calls from EYG. A rude lady called. Asked how she got the number and to remove it. She replied, 'This isn't a sales call!' I asked her purpose, she said, 'Just a quick sales call...' I hung up.
It is worth noting that, due to recent legislation, companies are required to obtain consent before contacting individuals, and failure to comply may result in legal action, as I explianed to Louise.
