E.surv is a legitimate company, but I now understand why people get them confused with scammers: they have a contract with the bank they work for, which obliges them to persist until they succeed or reach a certain timeframe, and they are liable if they reveal unnecessary information in their messages, especially if they try to contact the wrong person due to a incorrect phone number, so its not them thats to blame, its the banks and mortgage companies that push result-driven policies, I hope this helps alot
