I was informed that I had been accepted for a £6000 roof grant, but after paying a hefty deposit, the work was not completed as agreed and I've paid nearly £10000 for what essentally amounts to a roof clean; the company has since denied any responsibilty for re felting and replacement of battens, claiming it's not part of 'roof renovation' despite our previous agreements.
