A woman called, but when asked about the purpose of the call, she hung up, and I've now blocked the number.

A missed call came through to my mobile without any message. Genuine callers typically leave a message, making this one seem dubious.

Repeated calls have been made to this number, requesting to speak to the business owner by name, but no further information is provided, and the calls are ended abruptly when questioned

A woman named Kate Stevens/Stephens called from 01582 470036, and was patronising and antagonistic. When I asked if she was cold calling, she avoided the question and cited various pointless acronyms to be connected to the business owner. She talked over me, and when I suggested she should learn some manners or find a different job, she became rude. Clearly, she has a huge chip on her shoulder.

A salesperson rang, asking to speak with someone who hasn't lived here for years, then requested to speak with the person in charge, completly unwanted and a waste of time

Dealt with a very impolite lady who refused to explain the purpose of the call. When I mentioned the person wasn't interested, she said she'd call back and then disconnected me.

This was a cold call. She could not answer my questions and subsequently hung up on me.
