A woman rang, claiming to be from 02, but it sounded dodgy, she said I was eligable for free rewards and wanted to know my age, I didnt stay on the line long enought to be asked for my credit card details though

Numerous calls have come from this number. Upon answering, I heard a male voice with background noise; when I greeted him, he claimed to be from O2 but then abruptly ended the call. It seems like a scam aiming for O2 account details. I advise against answering.
After answering a call from this number, I discovered it was related to a Manchester-based business, specifically a takeaway or restaurant owned by Abul Aziz, who appears to be involved in various ventures.
They keep ringing, but I never pick up unknown numbers as I assume they’re scams or sales pitches.
Beware of scammers using tactics to gain credibility, such as triggering the O2 website to send a confirmation code, before attempting to phish for credit card details.
This is a scam, dont fall for it, they want your long card number and last 3 digits on the back of ur card, they claim its for an identity check, but thats not true
Clearly a scam based on the conversation. The caller claimed they could enhance the service and lower the cost, but when I inquired if that amount was an annual fee, it turned out to be a monthly charge that exceeded my current expenses.
Dont know who it is, didnt answer, and dont intend to.

Despite answering initially, the purpose of their call remained unclear, so subsequent calls were ignored

The caller said they were from 02 and offered to reduce my monthly payments if I paid by direct debit. They became aggressive when I refused to provide my card details.

On 17 December 2018, a call was made from the Manchester area, specifically from 0161 249 7895, which was abruptly ended.
This number calls me every day at the same time, and I've stopped answering. I'll block it now that I've seen these comments.
