These individuals claimed I owed them money that I hadn't received yet. They even threatened legal action, so I told them where to stick their claims. Now they've sent me an invoice for cancelling all claims. Absolute madness! I suppose it was buried in the small print, but I'll drag this out as long as possible. I'd advise future claimants to use a different service.

These claims representatives persistently contact me for payment, even though my reimbursement hasn't been processed yet and they are aware of when I should receive it.
These claims guys... they were unaware I had already received my money from one bank. When I contacted another, they mentioned that the claims guys hadn't approached them at all and even had the wrong date of birth. They were oblivious to the settlement. Why should I provide them with any information? When I pick up the phone and tell them I'm not available, I can prolong this longer than they can... money-grabbing gits.
Dealing with Claims Guys has been a nightmare, they keep chasing me for money related to a claim I've not yet recieved, despite my contract stating they get paid when I do, I've explianed this to them weekly, yet they persist in sending me emails and making calls, it's become a right nusence, I'm happy to pay when I get the claim, but not before, they agree, then contiune to harrass me, what a pain in the backside - Never agian

Dealt with The Claims Guys and got some PPI refunds, but I regret not shopping around first. They charge 36%, and they're constantly calling for payement. Like others have said, I told them the cheque hadn't cleared, but they still kept bothering me for payement. The more they call, the longer they'll have to wait!
