A man named Nathan rang, saying he had spoken to me in March and promised to call back about new grants. I don’t recall the conversation or agreeing to a callback. He mentioned a loft insulation grant for retired people over 65. He seemed annoyed when I wouldn’t confirm if I fit that category. Bored at home, I enjoyed arguing with him, refusing to answer his questions or provide information. He eventually hung up. The number is now blocked.
