A scam call discussing a claim related to diesel emissions or something similar. I recognized it as a scam when they addressed me as Mr *** - my wife’s surname, which differs from mine. This must be a result of a stolen database since anyone officially associated with this number would know my surname.
The caller claimed I had made an inquiry about a diesel car, which I do not own, and when questioned, responded with verbal abuse, remaining on the line for approximately 10 minutes before being deterred by music.
Apparently, calls from this number have ceased over a year ago due to numerous blockings. It's operated by Twilio Ireland ltd, a company whose numbers are utilised to deceive innocent individuals, including diesel emissions claims, Vodafone or O2 scams aiming to obtain personal info or appointment fraud; if the caller is Twilio Ireland, it's likely a scam, so declin, check and then block them all.

During a purported survey from 'uk today', a man with a strong accent became aggressive when questioned about the necessity of personal details, leading to the call being terminated and the number blocked.
Following advice from the fraud squad, I didn't answer this call from Manchester and will be adding it to my blocked list, as these scammers continue to harass innocent people, disrupting their peace.

The caller claimed they were not attempting to sell anything and assured me it would only take a minute of my time. I decided to play along, but when they asked about my pet, I ended the call. They rang back, and I hung up again, eventually blocking the number. It was somewhat amusing to toy with them.
The actions of this individual are utterly despicable, exhibiting a blatant disregard for honesty and decency, leaving a trail of frustration in their wake, as they continue to plague numerous people with impunity, a truly disheartening situation
