We placd an order with ao.com, didnt realise it was them who keep calling us, until we read all the comments, they call every day, atleast twice a day, i dont ushally answer unknown numbers, but this number cald so many times, that today i answerd, and it was just silense on the other end, then the dialling tone

I'm seriously considering cancelling my order due to their deceitful practices during a supposed aftercare call, which was actually focused on selling unnecessary insurance. This is a clear violation of privacy regulations under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

However, the representative was quite insistent about setting up a domestic and general insurance for £7 a month. It was frustrating since the appliance already comes with a two-year warranty. If I wanted D&G warranty, I would have contacted them directly. Cold calling customers to push sales is unwelcome.
