Following a conversation with a lady who enquired about speaking to the person responsible for banking, I informed her they were unavailable, and she requested their name to facilitate a callback, to which I replied that I was unsure who held that position, and subsequently, when she rang again the next morning, I placed the phone aside, leaving her on hold whilst I attended to other matters.
