I get alot of calls from this number, everyday, between 8.30 AM - 8 PM, with a scots accent, saying they are from the zinc group, but I've never heard of them
I'm unsure if this number is genuinely associated with Shell, but I would never provide bank details over the phone, especially considering Octopus has taken over Shell

This number is from shell energy, i think
I can confirm this is a genuine Shell Energy number, they didnt ask for any payment and apoligised for calling, apparantly their system hadn't updated that i was in credit, not arrears.
This is a legitimate Shell Energy number, handling outstanding balances and offering assistance with bill payments related to https://paymentsupport-shellenergy.co.uk. It may be a customer service representative working remotely, which is why it’s not the usual 033... Shell number.
