Yesterday, I spoke with the company calling on behalf of Toto, who claimed I had been contacted previously and that I did not wish for a smart meter. Despite telling them to stop calling, I've already received three calls today. I've reported them to Toto energy. The frequency of calls has become nearly harassing.
The caller claimed to be from Toto energy, saying i need to have a smart meter fitted and she had to make a appointment, she was very forceful and wouldnt take no for a answer, in the end i had to put the phone down, i've contacted Toto and they said this number is not asociated with them, it seems to be a smart meter sales company pretending to work with energy suppliers, i'm going to report it to the Ombudsman
