Klangen überzeugend, bis ich erwähnte, dass Sunlife in Birmingham sitzt, sie aber aus Swansea anrufen. Die Frau nannte sich Scarlet, wollte mich in die Warteschleife stellen, um zum Supervisor durchzustellen. Nach ein paar Minuten legten sie einfach auf. Gut, dass ich keine Bankdaten preisgegeben habe.
