The RAC contacted me to ask about my car recovery, which was very good of them
Upon providing RAC with a breakdown report, this number contacted me twice, disconnecting each instance I answered. Later, a man identified as James Handley claimed to represent RAC and offered assistance with the bonnet. I mentioned already submitting the report and receiving an ETA text. Feeling skeptical, I questioned his legitimacy. He stated the number couldn't be called back and identified himself as technical support. Expressing my doubts, we mutually ended the call. I’m now awaiting further communication from RAC.
