They claimed to be from Hyundai customer service. I don't own a Hyundai. They were asking for my information.

OFCOM's warning about ID spoofing, which often utilises Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), is particulaly relevant to this number, which is claimed to be that of the RAC in Walsall but is likely a spoofed call, especcially if you are not expecting an RAC Patrol.

I received a call from RAC Breakdown regarding my vehicle recovery.
A person on the line claimed to represent the BT technical support team. Since I’m not a BT customer, I found it odd when the young lady, who had a noticeable Pakistani accent, questioned why I was laughing. I assured her I wasn’t laughing during the conversation, but she continued to ask until she eventually hung up. This peculiar call has led me to block the number.
