Expert Opinion
The caller with the number +441925398837 appears to be involved in harassing and dangerous activities, with multiple reports of persistent calling, failed attempts to communicate, and potential scamming. The various complaints suggest a pattern of deceitful behaviour, including claiming to represent a government-backed company or a contract resolutions centre. It is likely that the caller is using different numbers and tactics to evade detection and contact unsuspecting individuals. The fact that the caller has been reported to spoof a UK number and has been calling from Warrington, yet displaying as an international call, adds to the suspicion of malicious intent.

When I didn't answer, no message was left. Although it appears to be a UK number, my caller ID indicates it's an international call. I can't see why a legimate business would spoof a UK number, which makes me think it's criminal activity.

A woman with a Scottish accent called today and asked for me by name. Since I'm ex-directory, I asked how she got my number. She claimed to be from a government-backed company with millions of numbers. The call was about green heating. I refused to provide any information, and she hung up.
This number has called me three times today. When I answer, the line goes silent. No clue who they are, but if they were legitimate, they would respond when answered. Most likely a scam.
