The number is definitely owned by Utilita; it’s their outbound line used for VOIP calls that cannot be returned, typically for complaints, smart‑meter installations, or priority‑service alerts for medical equipment during scheduled outages.

After calling Utilita Energy about my smart meter, they returned the call on this number when the original connection dropped. It seemed odd at first, but I went ahead with the upgrade and later received a confirmation in my energy app – a genuine number 👍.
