Constantly pestering
Ageas insurance survey calls – stop the nuisance!
Summary — +442030955819
Expert Opinion
Calls keep ringing on the hour, often with automated voicemails about car‑insurance feedback. The pattern suggests a legitimate survey operation, but the frequency makes it feel harassing. If you recognise the insurer, let the call finish and note the reference number before deciding. Otherwise, block the number on your handset and register it with the Telephone Preference Service. Use a call‑screening app to divert unknown callers to voicemail, and never share personal details unless you’ve initiated the contact. Report persistent nuisance calls to the ICO if they breach regulations. A quick check of the insurer’s website can confirm whether the survey is genuine.

Following a call to my insurance company to renew my car insurance, I was told I might receive a callback for a survey. Although I initially thought this call might be a scam due to recent experiences with 0203 numbers, the voicemail confirmed it was legitimate.
This call is a follow-up customer satisfaction survey from the insurer RIAS, after speaking with an agent.

Apparently, this number belongs to GS retail limited for re insurance purposes. Upon calling back, I was greeted by an automated system that promised a callback if my inquiry was urgent, which seems plausible given my ongoing insurance claim.
I've had two calls from this number, but no message was left, bit strange
An Automated Customer Service Telephone Survey called me right after I contacted an insurance company. The usual recorded message included an option to decline participation by pressing '9' prior to connecting with a representative. I chose not to answer the call, and a recorded message was left on my answerphone.
Following a query, I received a callback from my car insurance company for a survey about their customer service, which I had agreed to when I initially contacted them.
A caller with an unknown number mentioned, "Thank you for taking part in our insurance questionaire." I believe this is a scam.
Received three calls from this number today, but I didn't pick up as I don't recognise it. I hope they face consequences for bothering people, it's a shame they have nothing better to do
