After keeping them on the line for approximately 15 minutes, I finally informed the caller that I was aware of their scam, which involved pretending my computer had a virus and attempting to gain access to my system, and I subsequently blocked their number.
I recived a call from someone claming to be from Microsoft, but it was a scam.
