Revolut scam calls – how to protect yourself!

Un appel prétendant provenir de Revolut Fraud a mentionné le nom du compte professionnel et indiqué une tentative de transfert enregistrée en Indonésie. On m'a demandé de vérifier les transactions, puis de chercher le numéro de contact Revolut et de le comparer, ce que j'ai fait. Ensuite, on m'a invité à me connecter sur mon ordinateur pour vérifier à nouveau, ce qui a conduit à l'arnaque.

De påstod sig representera Revolut Fraud, nämnde mitt företagskonto och hävdade att ett överföringsförsök registrerats i Indonesien. Först bad de mig googla 'Revolut kontakt nummer' och jämföra med detta nummer – vilket jag gjorde och de matchade. Därefter instruerade de mig att logga in på min dator för att dubbelkolla transaktionerna, vilket jag också gjorde.

En person ringede og påstod, at de var fra Revolut's svindelafdeling, og henviste til mit business-kontonavn samt en påstået transaktion, der var registreret i Indonesien, og herefter begyndte svindelen

This caller is impersonating Revolut and claims to have obtained my information online.

A person claiming to be from Amazon contacted me, stating that my account was restricted and that I needed to make a payment, but I had already suspected it was a scam, so I didnt procede.

Today, this number called claiming to be from Amazon. They said someone ordered an iPhone on my account, but it's not an official Amazon number. Now blocked.

After verifying on this site, it's clear Revolut does not make calls. Seeing a supposed call from them, I blocked and removed the number.

I just recieved a call from this number, they claimed to be from Amazon, and said an Amazon prime account had been opened in my name, and i would be charged £95

Received a fraudulent call claiming to be from Amazon. They requested a code supposedly sent for Prime charges, but the emails I got were about password assistance. When I refused to provide the OTP code, the caller used offensive language.

The caller was very professional but pretended to be from Rev Ltd to gather information. They also used 0345 711 4471 in another attempt.

Received a call from this number posing as Revolut’s fraud department. The caller was convincing, mentioning a login attempt from Aberdeen. He sought my balance, transaction details, and even the bank I use for transfers. He instructed me to verify the number online, which linked to Thompson Local as Revolut Ltd in London. Revolut confirmed it was a scam—never share details and alert your bank.
