She almost sounded credible, but made several errors (I didn't correct her). She promised a significant reduction in premium costs, but as the saying goes, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is". This case was definitely one of those.

A very convincing call from a polite lady, but when I challenged her about having no plumbing or drainage insurance, she became flustered.
