Eight calls from this number in the past week, all ignored

During a call on the 5th, an Asian lady requested to speak to me by name, claiming to represent an energy company operating locally, but her introduction was unclear; she referenced an outdated address and became rude when I refused to provide information

This number has called four times. When I answered, there was silence, then a connection sound before it cut off. No one was there, so I've blocked it.

Whenever I pick up, there's silence on the other end. In between these calls, another nearly identical number rings, claiming to be from London.

This number has been persistent, calling daily this week, sometimes two or three times. Despite informing an Asian woman that I don't engage in phone surveys, the first call today was answered by my husband. An Asian-sounding man introduced himself as Sam; when my husband asked if that was short for Samuel, he simply replied it's Sam. Jokingly, my husband said, does that rhyme with scam? The man responded with how he was doing, and my husband reciprocated, to which the man expressed gratitude for being asked. When my husband inquired if he was in Calcutta, the call was abruptly ended. Quite rude, yet the number continued to call a few more times today. It has now been blocked.

They keep changing they're number, I've seen 2 different numbers in 2 days, it's very confusing.
