I keep recieving repeat calls from this organisation, they use different numbers, saying they are a energy efficiency adviser, I block the number and they use another one, happend 3 or 4 times now.

A call came through to my landline from 02039363312. I didn’t recognise the number, so I didn’t answer. No voicemail was left. Upon checking here, it turns out it was just another scam.
The incessant calls from individuals like Matthew from the heat loss team are becoming increasingly frustrating, with this being at least the tenth such call this week, and it's evident that their intentions are not genuine.
This is definitely a solar panel scam. They keep calling, and when I block one number, they just switch to another with slight variations in the last few digits.

This is a scam, to stop all nasty calls report them, you can text CALL to '7726' with the details and it will trigger a warning acrost the providers network, dont forget to email scam emails and screenshots to the relevent people
