Expert Opinion
Patterns in these reports reveal a consistent theme of unsolicited calls probing personal health and wellbeing, often from individuals with foreign accents misrepresenting prior contact. Such tactics frequently mask attempts to extract information or push dubious products, as evidenced by mentions of 'WellBeing Evergreen Ltd' and fabricated familiarity. While one outlier claims legitimacy, the overwhelming evidence points to deceptive practices. Hang up immediately on unknown callers; never share personal details like age or fitness habits. Register with the Telephone Preference Service to cut nuisance calls, and report to Action Fraud if data seems compromised. Block the number via your phone settings to prevent repeats.
