Most of the reports describe vague claims – from bogus BT support to fake debt collectors – that quickly turn hostile, a classic pattern of scam activity. I received a call from Lili at 0204 600 3771, who claimed to be from Sky Assured Services, stating I owed a payment for my TV and cable services. However, I disputed the claim, and the conversation raised suspicions of a scam.
