It was just a survey from LycaMobile, who i recently left, regarding my experiance
Following my request for a PAC CODE from Lyca, I was contacted by their Customer Service Retention Department, and the conversation was brief, with the representative inquiring about my progress in switching providers before ending the call politely, though it seemed they lacked thorough training.
Believe this might be Lyca mobile since I switched recently and requested a PAC. They keep calling but never leave messages.
After terminating my Lyca contract yesterday, I received a silent call today, which aligns with the notion that it’s Lyca’s customer service.
The call claimed to be from Lyca mobile, but the background noise was excessive, and the person's request for personal details seemed unsafe and suspicious.
I recieved a call from someone who claimed to be from Lyca, asking about a PAC code, and then he just hung up

My daughter and i both ended our Lyca mobile contracts a few days ago and we've both been recieving missed calls from this number at the same time. We think its related to our contracs but we dont want to speak to them, so we've blocked the number
