After speaking with a representive, I was transfered to another departement, they said they would call me back if it was urgent, but I havnt recieved a call back yet, thats pretty disapointing
As a busy Doctor, I dont apresheate unsolicted calls, especialy when no voicemail message is left, I've now blocked this number, problem solved.
This number sometimes calls 3 or 4 times, claiming to be 123 reg...never heard of them before, so I researched and blocklisted them, but they keep spamming my phone.
Over the past week, daily calls have been received from this number, with voicemails claiming to be from 123 reg. As an existing customer, it's surprising they wouldn't use my email, which raises suspicions of a scam
The caller enquired about my account with 123Reg and promptly ended the call after I confirmed everything was alright, leaving me feeling somewhat suspisous.
Recieved 4 voicemails in 4 days, they claimed to be from 123 reg, but asked me to call back and press 1, which seem suspicious, so i logged in to my 123reg account and updated my contact prefrences to only email, usualy they just email me, i think its probally a sales team cold calling, and i dont want persistant cold calls, so i've blocked the number, and if its a legitamate issue with my account, 123 have other ways of contacting me.
