During a call today, the speaker claimed to be from Vodafone, my mobile supplier, and informed me of my payment details, then requested my full address to deliver a free tablet, arousing my suspicion and prompting me to end the call
An Asian lady contacted my number (vodafone), presenting a £30 monthly offer for unlimited minutes, data and 1000 international minutes along with a free iPhone 15 Pro Max on a two-year contract. So, without even thinking.... £30 multiplied by 24 months equals £720 for the iPhone (valued at £1199) with an nearly unlimited hours contract for two years..... it seems like a deal too good to be real. Interpret this as you wish, but it doesn’t seem to add up for me.

A woman, introducing herself as 'Leo Paul', claimed to be running a promotional campaign for SKY mobiles, offering an iPhone 15 Pro Max at a remarkably low price, including unlimited minutes, texts, and data, but when I attempted to call her back, the number didn't connect, and she later blamed it on network issues, raising my suspicions further.

An individual with an Indian accent offered me a contract upgrade, but I confirmed it was a scam since I'm on a pay-as-you-go plan, and they hung up after I challenged them.
It became clear that this was a fraudulent call when they claimed to be from my phone contract provider, Three, offering a 40% discount and a new iPhone 15 pro max with unlimited data, calls and messages. The frequency of their calls, with multiple attempts to reach me before I blocked the number, only added to my suspicion.
They offered me a upgrade on my current contract, pretending to be from Sky, probably a call center in India judging by the accent, the pricing seemed too good to be true
