Ebury telemarketing calls – how to stop them!

The frequency of calls from this number is relentless, and it would be more straightforward if they were honest about their intentions instead of using deceptive language.

Ebury contacted us 11 days ago, with the same representative trying to discuss 'treasury' services, aiming to secure our business for international payments, but we expressed our lack of interest and requested to be removed from their list, as they had failed to do so previously

This number calls me atleast twice weekly, however they refuse to disclose their company name etc.

The call was an unwelcome and annoying cold call.

A man named Luke Clayton called our landline about finance. After we declined, he called my mobile number just 10 seconds later. Extremely unprofessional.

A gentleman, supposedly named Adam from Ebury, requested to speak with one of our directors, claiming a colleague had previously been in touch, but our director had no knowledge of this company or any prior conversation, so I advised him to send a formal email

The caller inquired about a person who is not associated with this number, and after a brief conversation, they abruptly ended the call.

They claimed we had spoken last summer about trade finance, but I always instruct these people not to contact me again, however they persist in calling me.

The caller placed me on hold before hanging up, a tactic they seem to have employed multiple times.

This number rings several times a week, asking for our Managing Director by name. It's extremely annoying!
