Ebury telemarketing calls – how to stop them!
Summary — +442071972420
Expert Opinion
Never answer a call that asks for senior staff details without verification. Most callers from this number repeatedly claim to be from a finance‑services firm, often pressing for directors or finance heads and offering foreign‑exchange or invoice‑financing deals. Treat any unsolicited pitch as a telemarketing attempt: ask for a written confirmation, check the company’s registration on Companies House, and refuse to share personal or corporate data over the phone. Block the number, add it to the TPS register and log each interaction. If the behaviour persists, lodge a complaint with the CMA or your industry regulator. Simple steps like call blocking and diligent verification can save time and protect your business.

Received a call that my phone flagged as a potential scam. Grateful to those who shared their experiences on this site.
Today, I received two calls from this number on my mobile, but no message was left, and upon investigation, it appears to be associated with Ebury, a company I would not consider doing business with, given the nature of the call as a sales cold call, and the negative feedback from other users.
The purpose of the call was sales-related.
