Poor experience with TUI representative
The guy kept saying he was from TUI and was loading up my details, but there was alot of noise in the background, sounded like he was outside, so i hung up just in case

Received a call from TUI Travel Agents regarding our holiday booking.
My insurance company confirmed that this number belongs to an outsource firm and the call from Zurich was legitimate. They seem to represent a muber of companies. It’s unhelpful that the number doesn’t ring when you try to call it back.
Apparently, this was a calback from travel agent TUI, so alot of peoples comments about Thames water seem irrelevent
A message was left by someone claiming to be from Zurich about an insurance claim, but thankfully I checked online and discovered it was a scam, so I've blocked the number - will these nuisance calls ever cease?

Thames water rang me regarding an email I sent, the person had a very heavy Indian accent which made it almost imposible for me to understand as a non-native English speaker myself

Obviously a nasty scam – I recognized it straight away from the poor English and shoddy phrasing. I pretended to go along just to see what they knew about me, and was blown away by the crazy amount of personal data they had. It’s insane! – wow
