This number, +442080589221, is a frequent caller, often striking early in the morning with unsolicited offers. The caller usually identifies as an energy advisor or someone from a solar panel scheme, claiming access to a government database that suggests you're eligible for free surveys or better insulation. However, these calls are widely suspected to be scams. Users report that the caller, often a well-spoken individual named Jane, uses a delayed response and hangs up if you show any resistance.
