They asserted they were from the National Grid Head Office, wanting to schedule an appointment to replace the electricity meter! It’s a complete scam since our supplier was unaware of any such arrangement. Upon mentioning the fraudulent nature of the call, they hung up!
Scammers posing as National Grid, claiming to change the electric meter. When I requested a letter for verification, the so-called manager Ryan hung up. They couldn’t even identify the billing person at 02080683152.
