My experience with this number has been nothing but interactions with scammers and cheaters, which is all I can share about these cold callers.
When I called back, they insulted me, saying I was s##y. Since I'm in London, I thought it was a legitimate call.
Apparently, I receive this call frequently, possibly due to my phone voice being perceived as genuine. Nevertheless, my appearance often raises eyebrows, as if I had just been found on the A11.
My approach is to simply not answer calls from this number, instead opting to research them online
