Convinced I was dealing with a scam after they claimed to be from my energy company, stating I'd been overcharged on my tariff. They requested my bank's name, then proceeded to ask for more details after repeating everything. When I refused, they became agitated and ended the call, only to call back multiple times from different numbers and even attempt to contact me on WhatsApp. I've since blocked and reported them.

Got a call from a company about a service. It was okay, not too pushy.
Got a call from this number but didn't answer. Likely spam.
The caller immediately ended the call upon my answer.

The individuals, Ryan and Alan, were very agressive and demanding, wanting to arrange a date to fit a new electricity meter, however, after confiming with EON, it appears this is a scam, as we dont need a new meter

The caller claimed to be from 3 Mobile, wanting to offer a better deal, but needed my personal details first, so i hung up and blocked the number
I was contacted by this number, with the caller falsely claiming to be from EON Next, attempting to renew a non-existent contract. They provided a fake account number and pressured me into agreeing to a new contract.

Mussa contacted our business regarding a supposed meter change, requesting photos of bills and the meter. Feeling suspicious, I checked with our supplier who confirmed no such change was needed. This is undoubtedly a scam: a caller claiming to be from Valda Energy's consultancy department, named Azan, possessed my personal details and knowledge of my complaint, but failed to follow up with an email or subsequent call as promised.
This is an energy scam, do not provide any details to them as they will look up your business name online and claim they need to change the energy and gas meter. Just block the number and refrain from sharing any information.
