This afternoon, at 16.51pm, I was subjected to a disturbing call where a group of individuals could be heard making a racket, seemingly in a state of inebriation, and the person on the other end was overheard discussing someone's personal issues, including anger management problems, in a completely unprofessional manner, which I found appalling, especially if this is indeed an insurance company that handles sensitive matters like funerals, and I intend to report this incident to the company's head if I can identify them.
