A call was recieved trying to get me to sign up for a funeral plan, i immediatly put the phone down and blocked the number
The caller represented One Life Funeral Planning, but the service was not of interest.
Upon answering, the caller asked to speak to A*****, and when I responded, they immediately hung up.
This is a scam call, be aware.
Isn’t cold calling against the law????? Better not to pick up.

This number has been calling repeatedly, but I've been ignoring them after checking this site - thanks!
One Life, a company found at https://www.onelife.co.uk/, contacted me to inquire about my funeral arrangements, which I found amusing given that I'm still alive, and I've marked the call as spam
This caller is a scammer and poses a significant threat, particualy to vulnerable individuals, depending on their age
The caller claimed to be from First Life and addressed me by my first name, prompting me to hang up and block the number immediately.
Following a brief introduction, there was an uncomfortable pause lasting 20-30 secs befor they hung up on me.
Pretending to be a company named First Funeral, they rang three times in two days with a slighty different number each time, claiming to work with the CO-OP, very pushy trying to get me to sign up for funeral plans
Despite my clear statement of having an existing funeral plan, the caller insisted on selling me another. When they turned aggressive, I threatened legal action and eventually hung up and blocked the number.
